    A complete re-roof of an industrial building, delivered by our own licensed crew from strip-out to final fix.

    The old corrugated roof sheeting and insulation were stripped, and a new metal roof was laid over fresh foil-faced insulation and safety mesh. The photos below follow the job from the ground up.

    01Stripping the old roof

    The existing corrugated sheeting and the old insulation blanket came off section by section, so the building was never left exposed for longer than it needed to be.

    02Getting the sheets up

    New long-run sheets were handed up from the ground crew and walked across the roof by hand, one run at a time.

    03Laying and fixing

    Foil-faced insulation and safety mesh went down over the purlins before every new sheet was positioned and fixed.

    04Safe at height

    Edge protection rails, safety mesh and harnesses were in place throughout, with the crew working to the site safety plan.
